Located in the heart of downtown Gainesville, 1908 Grand is a thoughtfully restored historic venue where timeless architecture meets modern luxury. Originally built in 1908, the venue blends rich character, elevated finishes, and a seamless guest experience designed for unforgettable weddings and celebrations.

From the glowing chandeliers and romantic courtyard to the luxurious bridal suite, backlit onyx bar, and state-of-the-art sound and lighting, every detail was intentionally curated to create an experience that feels both effortless and extraordinary.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Your rental includes thoughtfully curated spaces, amenities, and support designed to create a seamless wedding day from start to finish. From venue access and furnishings to planning assistance and on-site coordination, every detail is in place to support your celebration.

    • Exclusive use of the entire venue on your wedding day, including the romantic garden courtyard, downstairs event room, and upstairs ballroom for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
      (guest capacities vary based on your selected floor plan)

    • Multiple ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception layout options thoughtfully designed to fit your guest count, vision, and flow of the evening

    • Guest parking at a nearby lot, along with ample surrounding street parking in downtown Gainesville

    • A one-hour ceremony rehearsal prior to your wedding day
      (scheduled based on venue availability and surrounding events)

    • A complimentary engagement or bridal portrait session for 1908 Grand wedding couples with the photographer of your choice
      (subject to availability)

    • Six hours of event time, plus dedicated access for setup and breakdown
      (includes 3 hours prior for vendor access and 1 hour afterward for cleanup; offsite ceremony rentals include 5 hours of event time)

    • Access to our luxurious bridal suite and groom’s room beginning at 11:00am, allowing for a relaxed and comfortable start to your wedding day

    • Ceremony chairs, reception tables and chairs, cocktail tables, and curated furniture pieces included with your rental

    • Use of our signature built-in backlit onyx bar in the upstairs ballroom, along with our portable wooden bar for the courtyard or downstairs event space

    • Use of our catering prep kitchen and ice machine, complete with commercial-grade appliances for prep, warming, and staging by your preferred licensed and insured caterer

    • State-of-the-art sound and lighting throughout both the interior and exterior spaces of the venue

    • Full setup and breakdown of venue tables and chairs based on your approved floor plan

    • A planning meeting with our event manager and your planner or coordinator prior to your wedding day to review venue logistics, layouts, and final details

    • An on-site venue manager present throughout your celebration to oversee venue operations and ensure a seamless guest experience behind the scenes

    • Monday – Thursday: $6,000

    • Friday or Sunday: $7,000

    • Saturday: $8,000
